First and foremost, gotta have a lot of shelves. I own a fair amount of books for a small home right now, but you can never have too many shelves for other things.
A sizable garden. Little ambitious, but living in the city with a small one is a plus, not gonna lie. But with a bigger one, I can grow more flowers and things. Gardening is my warm weather therapy and it’s my personal space.
Maybe a few more rooms so I can designate one just for cats. Not that they don’t have space to move around, but I’d love to get them more cat trees and things so they can be more active and a space they can have their own (when the whole house is really their space and they allow me there 😂)
Maybe a cellar. I like the idea of being prepared in case power goes out so a place to keep extra root veg and things in a cool place for emergencies (or that I grew too many and not enough neighbors to gift them to 🤣)
