A Portrait of Evil

First, I want to say a paper white doesn’t do justice for this cover. Secondly, this is book 3 in a series and I didn’t know that (or I failed to see that detail). Looking the series up, all the covers are the same color theme and same vivid detail so kudos for doing that. Now, while this is a book 3, I don’t feel you need to read the others unless you want to read more about what happened with the characters personally.

This book focuses on a series of murders where ex-cons are the targets. It’s also done where we read from the POV of a killer. Anyone who loves crime thrillers has to read this. I didn’t know what to expect nothing of what I guessed happened. It’s that good. All 3 books are available on KU so I will be reading the first two when I get the chance!
