Jen’s Book Nook

“A totally emotional and gripping page-turner” is exactly what this book is. It is not a typical romance novel (as far as what I’ve read to date). This contemporary romance covers the span of childhood friends that so happen to get paired up for a school project to when they’re adults after college. I have never read a book that delved into a couple’s past like this one and it made their journey so felt. The ups and downs they both experienced, the issues they both had with family and the bond that took the span of years to be realized that they were meant to be. It definitely goes down as one of my favorites for 2025. It took me by surprise in the beginning, but once I got past all that, I needed to keep going. Everyone should give this book a chance. I was not disappointed at all!
