💼Workplace romance

This was a nice quirky, fun romance to read. I really enjoyed seeing the journey Stella and Rhsy take as she tries to help him with his career. Loads of banter and wit with the charm of a small town romcom. I like how this humanized the aspect of celebrities and that they’re just like the rest of us. They face burn out a lot and people don’t seem to understand that what they see isn’t exactly the same person sometimes. You kinda see that struggle with Stella as she rediscovers who Rhys is now compared to when she was a teenager falling for the onstage persona. And despite the ups and downs, they have great chemistry and made this book just something I couldn’t put down. Right mood for me as we get to the holiday season.

Thank you, Booked With the Emilys and Brittany Larsen for the gifted copy.
