And now… the Dad review 👨
Fulfillment by Lee Cole
Genre: Literary Fiction
Publisher: Knopf
If you’re new to my account, welcome. Once in a great blue moon I’m able to get dad to read a book I own. The man is picky af so it’s been a while for me to be able to have one of these posts up. If you’re curious about the last one, scroll back till you find my post on The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo.
Dad’s words: Family Drama, very relatable.
The jest of the book: wife is not happy with husband so goes after the younger brother. Gets a divorce and moves with younger brother so he can become a movie writer.
I would have more to say, but he was telling me this first thing in the morning before coffee. Needless to say, he enjoyed it very much.
QOTD: Have any literary fiction recommendations? Let me know and I’ll see if I can get my dad to read it! 😂
Thank you to the publisher for the gifted book
(Note: I realize that the Evelyn Hugo post might not be on this blog. It is on my Instagram so I will have to go back to post it here. I literally copy and pasted this post from there and realized this now 🫠)
