Reading this gave me mixed vibes of Divergent and Hunger Games. Pretty sure there are other books that I can’t remember right now. The world building is fantastic, a mix of tech we use today and magic that can power things. Could you imagine having the ability to charge your phone or other devices with magic? It’s got all the basics of a romantasy: political intrigue, friends to lovers, strong fmc, magic, secret powers. Very enjoyable. So grateful to have had the chance to read this.
