As a fan of the show Bridgerton, I couldn’t help but read this like I was watching the show. I don’t get to read a lot of regency books (romance or otherwise) so this was a lovely change of pace. And if you’re a fan of the TV series, Georgiana Darcy reminds me a lot of Eloise Bridgerton, who wants to enrich her mind in the comfort of home rather than be in a crowded room trying to find a husband. Well written, highly entertaining, a wonderful spinoff following the classic “Pride and Prejudice.”
