What makes a good neighbor?

Being able to help others, especially older generations or those with disabilities. My dad still believes he can handle a lot, but when our neighbor is around, sometimes he will help my dad get to an appt or just bring in the groceries when I’m at work. And while we don’t know each other like we are family, it’s good to know we can rely on him if we need help with something.
