Because I said I would, here’s pictures of the Final Cut:

The sourness is in the background but it’s there. Also struggled to cut it because the crust was that firm:

Overall, a great experience. Now I think I’ll try to add in things to my next loaf. Dunno what since I’m limited on things, but we’ll see.
